Delivery
Thank you for choosing to make a purchase with Bara at www.bara-akl.com. Please fill out your delivery information as best you can, providing all information needed for our shipping company, so they can get your item(s) to you as easy as possible.
 
Delivery Address
Please provide a physical street address – we are not able to deliver to P.O. Box's. All orders are track and traced.

Delivery Timing
We will try our best to process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours. New Zealand customers in the North Island, should receive deliveries within 1-3 working days. South Island customers within 2-4 working days. Please note public holidays may disrupt and prolong delivery. Rural delivery may also take longer. Orders to Australia + Globally should be delivered within 10 working days. All orders can be tracked via the number provided to you upon dispatch or by emailing us at shop@bara-akl.com.

International Orders
Any single or multiple orders shipped to countries outside of New Zealand and Australia may take up to 4~5 weeks maximum from purchase date to get to you. Any orders that cannot be accepted within this time frame will be returned back to Bara and subjected to return postage fees. Your purchase may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you (the customer); we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. You can always check to see how your order is going by either checking the tracking number or by emailing us at shop@bara-akl.com

Returns  and  refunds
Yes, it is possible. You may return any product, with the exception of sale or discounted items, within 7 days of purchase. Obviously the purchased item(s) must be returned unworn, unaltered and unwashed. All original packaging and labelling must be returned also. Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are ‘faulty’ so please do choose carefully and we can’t accept returns
through our physical Bara store – just here at our online HQ. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
Make sure you really make the parcel secure by using loads of tape as you are responsible for it until it reaches us. We also suggest you select an insured shipping or postage method. Bara do not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves so double check again. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the you (the customer) so choose carefully!

Exchanges
In the case of exchanging a garment please email us as soon as possible to reserve another one. Items may only be exchanged for other items on www.bara-akl.com. Exchanges may only be made via www.bara-akl.com and not at physical Bara store. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the you (the customer) so choose carefully unless the original garment was incorrect or faulty. Please also note that if you do exchange we will also need to charge you the cost of the shipping back to you.
 
Sale Items
All sale item(s) may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
  
Transaction currency
Bara is a New Zealand owned and operated business, all transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars. The name that will appear on your bank statement is Bara Limited.
 
Privacy Policy
It is very crucial that we take your personal details seriously and privately meaning it is strictly for our own sales report which will stay with Bara only.
