‘10 Days' is an exclusive project for New Zealand local designers to showcase their latest collections in Bara. This specific project is driven by one purpose, to highlight and bring forth the diverse talented local fashion designers in various categories to the people. By presenting their form of art, mostly within the aesthetics of fashion in a retail space 'Bara', many people will have the opportunity to engage and experience the garments that these fresh local designers offer. As Bara AKL is located in the heart of Parnell, it seems so fitting for '10 Days' to derive in a district that holds a rich history of once-fashion-hub in past. We hope the synergy that is created sparks and recreates the fashion scene in Parnell again. 

This being our second ’10 Days’ project, we proudly introduce new 3 local designers (graduates of AUT Fashion Design alumnus), Jess Grindell, Dylan Malone, and Georgia Smith. They have continuously released ranges of garments after the graduate collection, which heightened their individual distinct styles through design, fabrication, and technique that separates them from others. 

From today, 25th February to the 8th March, '10 Days' will exhibit the three designers’ collections among Bara’s current resident brands, ISBIM, Long Black Socks , Cinnamon Swan, and more.
